| Summary: |
Using volunteer help from local landscape and painting companies, as well as parents and students, we plan to turn an unattended and underused courtyard into an inviting, environmentally friendly, outdoor classroom and vegetable/herb/life sciences garden. The current courtyard has a water source, the project will build math, English and science skills, and we will arrange an adopt-a-garden program for summer care. |
