This program will bring two professional storytellers (Andrea Lovett and Norah Dooley) to teach nine teachers (3 in each of the three grades) the art of storytelling, so they, in turn, teach storytelling to their students, year after year. The storytellers will present workshops to the teachers; provide year long blog, e-mail, and phone support; and help facilitate the First Annual Muraco School International Storytelling Festival in June 2009. |
