I am excited to create more hands-on, inquiry-based learning opportunities and integrate these into existing math and science lessons and units. Inspired by Community-Based Engineering Project by Tufts University and other inquiry-based approaches in teaching math and science, I am hoping to expose the students to more meaningful ways of STEM subjects through the tasks that closely resemble real world situations. |
