The NCSS conference is the premiere national conference for Social Studies teachers, as it offers a wide variety of
high quality workshops and top-notch keynote speakers. Teachers that have attended this conference in the past
have brought back a number of new teaching strategies and approaches, as well as great resources. Because the
conference is virtual again this year, the conference will be even more accessible and will provide teachers the
opportunity to attend / engage with even more of the workshops, as many will be available to teachers on demand,
allowing them to participate in some workshops live while viewing others at their convenience.
