Two math teachers at McCall attended a Smartboard Course for Mathematics and Science Teachers. In this course we learned about the Smartboard, Smartnotebook and various programs that can be used with the Smartboard. Lessons that were created during this course were shared at the math department meeting. The presentation to the other math teachers sparked a discussion on how we can get this technology at McCall Middle School. The technology curriculum team at McCall was involved in the decision to apply for the grant. The two math teachers that took the Smartboard course are part of the technology curriculum team. |
