One of our improvement goals is to focus on school climate within our WHS community. The school improvement council has focusd their efforts in terms of strengthening student leadership and character development in the student body. We have met with a youth developement consultant who has experience working to provide connections between students and community, other age groups, and staff, allowing students to have a voice related to decisions about school policies and climate. |
