Glassblowing is a physical, mesmerizing hand-on process that requires focus, teamwork, specialized equipment and expert teachers. I am excited to introduce our students to glass, a medium that I love and worked with prior to teaching high school. I am especially excited to share with our students the Bubble Factory hot-shop, which was founded by my former professor James McCloud in Essex, Massachusetts. |
